Shane E. Wilder, 40, of Harrodsburg, died Monday, Jan. 11.

He was born March 4, 1969, in Lexington, to James Harvey and Dorothy Severance Wilder. He was a supervisor for Montaplast in Frankfort and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.

Other survivors include his wife, Melissa Wilder of Harrodsburg; a daughter, Samantha Shane Wilder of Harrodsburg; a son, Justin Lee Adams, of Harrodsburg; two brothers, Shawn and Jason Wilder, both of Crab Orchard; a grandson, Gavin Lee Adams; two nieces, Tabitha and Marayiah Wilder; and a nephew, Ajay Adams.

Visitation will be tonight (Jan. 14) from 5 to 9 at Spurlin Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Pastor James Severance officiating. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Heart Association.
