Alma Jean Doss Beatty, 57, of Waynesburg, died Saturday, Feb. 20, at Clark County Regional Medical Center.

Born Oct. 14, 1952, in Stanford, she was a daughter of Lena Virginia Doss of Waynesburg and the late Matthew E. Doss. She was an employee of Kroger, a crossing guard for the Jefferson County Police Department and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.

Other survivors include a daughter, Stacy M. (Christopher) May of Waynesburg; sister, Marsha Alford; brothers, James Doss and Larry "Pup" Doss; and a grandson, Sebastian May.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today (Feb. 25) at Spurlin Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery.
