Obituary: Anna Boncheff Kirby, 82
March 11, 2010

Anna Boncheff Kirby, 82, of Mofield Road, Science Hill, died Thursday, March 4, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She was born in Hamtramck, Mich., on Oct. 18, 1927, to the late John and Victoria Guran Boncheff. She was a computer operator for a shoe and clothing store and the widow of Earl Donald Kirby.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, John and Danny Boncheff; and one sister, Ruth Allen.

Survivors include one daughter, Janet (Bill) Slaybaugh of Science Hill; two sons, Donald (Debra) Kirby of Whittier, Calif., and Wayne Kirby of Science Hill; six grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and one great, great grandchild.

Funeral services were March 9 at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home in Science Hill with Bro. Mark Eaton officiating. Burial was in Mill Springs National Cemetery.
