Obituary: Larry K. Ray, 68

Larry K. Ray, 68, of Lancaster, died Monday, March 8 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.
Born Wednesday, July 30, 1941, in Garrard County, Larry was the son of Agnes Prewitt Ray of Lancaster and the late Dale Ray. He was retired from the Ky. Transportation Cabinet, a member of Forks of Dix River Baptist Church and a Marine, having served in Vietnam and received a Purple Heart.
Other survivors include his wife, Harriett D. Ray; son, Jeff (Beverly) Ray; sisters, Cheryl (Ron) Strevig and Vickie (Garry) Feldman; and two grandsons.
Funeral services are at 11 a.m. today (March 11) at Ramsey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Lancaster Cemetery.
