Obituary: Geneva Ernst Skeen, 94

Geneva Ernst Skeen, 94, of Waynesburg, died Tuesday, March 2 at Christian Care Center in Lancaster.
Born Dec. 13, 1915, in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late Barney and Bernetta Ballard Ernst. She was a homemaker, the widow of Roy Preston Skeen and attended Mt. Moriah Christian Church.
She was also preceded in death by six brothers; and one sister.
Survivors include her nephews and nieces, Don (Linda) Dunaway and Scottie (Debbie) Ernst both of Stanford, Debbie Ernst of Highland, Sherry Cope, Carolyn Colding, Earlene Cole and Robbie and Jimmy Ernst; and two sisters-in-law, Imogene Ernst and Bertha Ernst both of Stanford.
Funeral services were March 5 at Spurlin Funeral Home with Rev. Vola Brown officiating. Burial was in Mt. Moriah Christian Church Cemetery.
