Lowell Edward Saylor, 81

Lowell Edward Saylor, 81, widower of Alma Jean Dowell Saylor, died Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the Golden Living Center. 
Born April 1, 1935, in Lincoln County, Lowell was a son of the late Sam Edward and Melavee Harris Saylor. He served as a deacon of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church for 50 years. Lowell was a retired supervisor for Penn Ventilator and served as a former union stewart for the sheetmetal workers union.
Survivors include a daughter, Connie Sue Saylor and husband Dave Riggs; son, Jerry and wife Lisa Saylor; two brothers, Morris Saylor and wife Dorothy and Wayne Saylor and wife Pat; sister-in-law, Eula Saylor Eaton; three grandchildren, Chasity Dunn, Derrick Baugh and Jordan Saylor; and three great grandchildren, Nathan Isaiha Baugh and Chloee and Clareese Dunn.
He was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Heather Michelle Oaks; and one brother, Curtis Saylor.
Funeral services were Saturday, November 19 at Mt. Hebron Baptist Church with Bro. Dan Gutenson officiating. Burial was in Mt. Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery.
