MARCH 9
Denzel Alcorn, harassment (physical contact) no injury and criminal mischief 3rd degree. Plea of guilty. 90 days, to serve 10 days (credit) balance probated for 2 years on condition of no further offenses and restitution; and 30 days, to serve 10 days (credit) balance probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses and restitution of $341.67, respectively.
Allen Gifford, terroristic threatening 3rd degree and harassing communications. Dismissed without prejudice.
David Hurt, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Failed to appear. Issue show cause.
Mary Johnson, theft by failure to make required disposition of property. Dismissed without prejudice.
Steven King, assault 4th degree domestic violence minor injury. Dismissed with prejudice.
Dara Rayborn, harassment (physical contact) no injury. Continued to 6-1.
Alex Ryan, improper start from parked position, disregarding stop sign, reckless driving and inadequate silencer (muffler). Inadequate silencer charge was dismissed. Plea of guilty to remaining charges. $50 fine and costs;  $25 fine; and $100 fine, respectively.
Michael Jonathan Smith, receiving stolen property under $500 – merged and theft of services amended to attempted. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, and 30 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses.
Steven Taylor, failure to wear seat belts and license to be in possession. Failed to appear. Notify Department of Transportation.
Ashley Rose West, criminal mischief 3rd degree. Plea of guilty. $100 fine, 90 days probated 2 years on condition of no further offenses. Convert fine to 2 days – follow inpatient treatment furlough order from Boyle.
Travis C. Wood, speeding 16 mph over limit amended to 15 over, license to be in possession and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation. Plea of guilty to speeding charge. $30 fine and costs. Remaining charges dismissed.
Jessica Young, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Failed to appear. Bench warrant.

Levi Cook, operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs w/.08 aggravator 1st offense, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st and operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license. Plea of guilty. $200 fine, $375 service fee, costs, counseling, 30 days and 4 days (1 day credit); $1,000 fine, $900 probated; and 30 days probated 2 years with no offenses, respectively.
Scott H. Parker, theft by deception include cold checks under $500. Dismissed.
Donald Goodlett, no/expired registration plates -merged, speeding 4 mph over limit – merged, operating vehicle with expired operator’s license and instructional permit violations – merged. Time served.
