STANFORD — More than 50 kids were treated to Christmas with a cop last Saturday in Stanford as the annual Shop with a Cop event was held at Walmart. The event is made possible through community donations, as well as an annual ATV ride called “Christmas in June,” which gathers donations for the Shop with a Cop event each year. While children were treated to toys and clothes, Santa Claus was also nearby with Christmas cheer and candy canes.
