It was a win-win situation for the Lincoln County High School soccer program on opening week, with the Lady Patriots following up the boys’ 6-1 road win with a victory of their own.

Bailey Story scored two goals Tuesday at Estill County to lead Lincoln to a 3-0 win over the Lady Engineers.

Maddy Boyle scored Lincoln’s other goal.

Story and Boyle both had an assist in the win. McKenzie Settles also had one assist.

Dallis Brown played in goal for Lincoln.
