STANFORD – Native American music filled the Lincoln County Courthouse Saturday as the second annual Indigenous Peoples’ Day event attracted various performers – including three-time Grammy winner Bill Miller.

Miller, a Mohican Native American born on a reservation in northern Wisconsin, entertained a crowd with songs and personal stories of his success, as well as lessons he has learned throughout his musical career.

Saturday’s Indigenous Peoples’ Day event, coordinated by Angela Garner, was free to the public and included a variety of Native American performances, followed by a reception.
