DANVILLE – Ephraim McDowell Home Health (EMHH) is pleased to recognize and honor one of its nurses for her extraordinary patient care. Jennifer Rowland, RN, was one of many nurses nominated for the Daisy Award.

A resident of Lincoln County, Jennifer has been caring for EMHH patients for nearly one year.

She was nominated by a patient that said, “I had ran out of medical supplies and couldn’t get any and Jennifer checked the hospital with no luck and then went to MedSource and got some and brought them to me. I would have been in bad shape if she hadn’t pursued it on her own time.”

Ephraim McDowell is proud to recognize nurses with the Daisy Award, a national program that honors the compassionate care and clinical excellence that nurses bring to their patients every day.
