Lincoln County grand jury indicts 16

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Feb. 25:
• Billy Ray Young, 59, Danville: theft by unlawful taking of property valued more than $500. Bail was set at $10,000 cash or property. Dannie Gilliam with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• William J. East, 39, Lexington: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear on a felony charge in circuit court. Bail was set at $7,500 cash or property. Angie Napier with the Lincoln County Circuit Clerk’s office testified.
• Devin B. Snow, 22, Hustonville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear in circuit court. Bail was set at $7,500 cash or property and Napier testified.
• Eric D. Caudill, 34, Hustonville: flagrant nonsupport of his child or children in the amount of $19,184.92. Bail was set at $20,000 cash. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.
• Sheliah Davidson, 38, Danville: flagrant nonsupport of her minor child or children in the amount of $37,421.26. Bail was set at $35,000 cash. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.
• Joshua D. Dowell, 29, Bardstown: flagrant nonsupport of his two minor children in the amount of $10,265.84. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.
• Jerome W. Wilson, 37, Lancaster: flagrant nonsupport of his minor child in the amount of $7,318.31. Bail was set at $7,000. Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.
• Andrea L. Martin, 34, flagrant nonsupport of her minor child or children in the amount of $12,632.76. Bail was set at $12,000 and Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.
• Ashley R. West, 31, flagrant nonsupport by failing to provide for her minor child or children in the amount of $7,959.50. Bail was set at $8,000 and Lincoln County Attorney’s office testified.
• Jason A. Carmon, 41, Stanford: second-degree escape of home incarceration. Bail was set at $25,000. Ben Wells with Probation and Parole testified.
• Todd M. Folger, 34, Waynesburg: tampering with a prisoner monitoring device; second-degree escape from home incarceration. Bail was set at $25,000 and Wells testified.
The following people were directly indicted on Feb. 25:
• Tony Brock, 39, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance; resisting arrest.
• Jeffrey Carl Caudill, 42, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Duston Fifer, 28, Danville: driving a vehicle on a DUI suspended license, third offense.
• Heather M. Owens: third-degree burglary.
• Jalen L. Howard was granted pretrial diversion on the charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth.
