Lincoln grand jury indicts 14

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on Sept. 3:
• Kamil Kaminski, 33, Stanford: two counts first-degree criminal abuse by intentionally abusing and causing serious injury to a person under age 12. Bail was set at $50,000. Toney Dollins with Kentucky State Police testified.
• Lucia Kaminski, 29, Stanford: two counts first-degree criminal abuse by permitting Kamil Kaminski to abuse a person under age 12. Bail was set at $50,000 and Dollins testified.
• Edward Lee Penman, 50, Paint Lick: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine, second offense. Bail was set at $25,000. Preston Middleton with the Stanford Police Department testified.
The following people were directly indicted. Some were sentenced at the same time:
• Eric J. Board: possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
• Richard Arnold: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. One year, consecutively with any other time now serving.
• Brian M. Bourne: possession of a controlled substance, meth. Pretrial diversion granted.
• Jacob Camfield: possession of a controlled substance, heroin.
• Jonathan R. Davis: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth.
• Darrel R. Herring: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth.
• Kirstie McDonald: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Pretrial diversion granted.
• Brittant Robbins: receiving stolen property valued more than $500. One year consecutively with any other sentence.
• Patrick Michael Sisco: first-degree wanton endangerment; unlawful imprisonment.
• Taylor Smallwood: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Pretrial diversion granted.
• Christopher A. Snow: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000.
