Shasta Ann (Adams) Davidson, 42 of Stanford passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at the Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville. She was the wife of Brandon Dwayne Davidson whom she married on November 20, 1993. Shasta was born in Lexington on June 9, 1979, to Carlos Adams and the late Patricia Kidd Adams. Shasta was an employee of the Lincoln County Board of education having worked as a cook at LCHS. She loved spending time with her family and fishing.
Survivors Include Her Husband, Brandon Dwayne Davidson; Son, Brandon Harley Davidson & Wife, Angela; Son, Troy Mathaniel Davidson; Daughter, Sheena Ann Davidson; Father, Carlos Adams; Grandchildren- Raelynn Joy Davidson, Madalyn Faith Davidson; Special grandchild-Tiffany Bedwell; Father-in-law, Terry Davidson; Brother-In-Law, William Terry Davidson & Wife, Wilma; Brother-In-Law, Troy Shane Davidson & Wife, Tina; Special Sister, Mary Rose Atkins; Beloved Friend, Martha Denney; Many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly also survive

In addition to her mother, Shasta was preceded in death by stepmother Rosalee Adams; Mother-in-law, Sandra Davidson, and a Sister-In-Law, Penny Ann Davidson

Pallbearers Include: Harley, Troy, Nick, Will & Eric Davidson, Nathaniel Howell, Robert Greene, and Jared Adams

Funeral Service 11:00 AM, Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Logan Hazelwood officiating. Services will also be livestreamed on McKnight Funeral Home Facebook Page. Burial will be in the Davidson Family Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Monday, October 4, 2021, at McKnight Funeral Home.
