Donna Kaye Buchanan, 53, of Stanford, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at The UK Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Lexington. She was born in Harlan County, Kentucky on December 14, 1968, to the late Lillian (Parker) and Clifford Ray Buchanan. Donna was very family oriented and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her grandchildren who brought her so much joy and happiness. She was always the life of the party anywhere she went and anyone that truly knew her, knew she had such a big heart. She had a passion for cooking and enjoyed listening to music. Donna was strong in her faith and had a personal relationship with God.

Survivors Include her Son, Christopher James Caudill of Louisville; Daughter, Kristie Burgan & Companion Luke Vinyard of Waynesburg; 2 Grandchildren: Kailey and Bradley James Burgan; Sister, Tammy Buchanan Shackleford of Harlan; Aunt, Thelma Witt of Stanford; and Best Friend, Kim Kelly of Harlan

In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by a Brother, Howard Wayne Buchanan.

Pallbearers include Christopher Caudill, Kristie Burgan, Bradley James Burgan, Luke Vinyard, Clifford Pennington and Ricky Short

Funeral Services were held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 23, 2022 at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Johnny Ray Walls officiating. Burial will be in the Crab Orchard Cemetery. Visitation was held prior to the funeral service on Saturday, beginning at 11:00 am
