Jadyn Brie Sullivan Post, 19, of Danville passed away in McKinney in an accident on Dec. 7, 2023. Jadyn was born on Nov. 22, 2004 in Beckley, West Virginia to Joanna and Richard Post.
She is survived by her parents, her brother, Alden Post, her grandparents, Susan Post and Mike and Pam Sullivan, her boyfriend, Ethan Scott, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and a vast circle of friends including a special “sister” Kaylee Pennington.
Jadyn was preceded in death by her grandfather, Richard Post. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Danville.
She loved reading books, driving trucks, and spending time with her friends. She was best known for her love of sharing the Bible’s message and a hope for a better future with everyone she met. Her positive attitude and love of life was infectious and touched people everywhere she went. Her family and friends have received numerous messages describing her as a ray of sunshine. She firmly believed the words of Job 14:15 “You will call, and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands.” We look forward to meeting her in paradise when that call wakes her up.
