Brenda Lee Blanton Tolley, 74 of Hamilton, Ohio formerly of Crab Orchard, passed away Monday, Jan. 8 at Hospice of Hamilton, Ohio. Born Feb. 15, 1949 in Lincoln County, to the late Ernest “Pete” and Lillie Jane Petrey Blanton. She was the wife of Michael Valdez Tolley, whom she married, July 2, 1966. She was a member of Heritage Free Will Baptist Church and formerly of Ephesus Baptist Church. Brenda was a most devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother who cared for her family and the family home. Her passion was spending time with her family and friends, reading the Bible and going to church.
Survivors include, husband of 57 years, Michael Valdez Tolley of Hamilton, Ohio; children Kimberly Tolley of New Windsor, New York, Tina (Chris) Rogers of Fairfield, Ohio, Michelle Momany of Fairfield, Ohio and Matthew Frye of Perryville; grandchildren Christopher, Christina & Husband, Tyler, Trent, Keralynn , Karly, Rhyleigh, JoJo, & Matthias; great-grandchildren Addison and Ara Mae
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Connie Louise Rhodus and Shirley Frye.
Services were held Jan. 12 at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel in Crab Orchard with interment in Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery.
