Yvonne Leigh Montgomery, 64, of Lexington, passed away Monday, Oct. 15, at her home.

Yvonne was born in Crab Orchard on December 23, 1953. She was the daughter of the late Elwood and Viola Mae (Baker) Dyehouse. She worked as the facilities coordinator for the Newman Catholic Center.

Survivors include her daughter, Melissa and her husband Chris Weber of Lexington; two grandchildren, Lauren Alexis Leve and Carigan Rose Weber; sisters, Judy Hammons of Stanford, Rhonda and husband Marvin Marshbanks of Stanford and Lisa and husband Chris Clark of Davenport, Fla.; and brothers, Kenneth Dyehouse and wife Kathy of Brodhead and Michael Dyehouse and wife Sharon of Crab Orchard.

Cremation rites where honored and a memorial service was held at The Catholic Newman Center in Lexington, (320 Rose Lane, Lexington, KY 40508) on Tuesday, Oct. 30, with Father Steve Roberts officiating.
