Free health screenings at New Salem Baptist

Ephraim McDowell Health is sponsoring a free health screening on Saturday, Nov. 10 from 8 to 10 a.m. at New Salem Baptist Church in Hustonville. Health screenings include cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, body mass index, stroke risk and take-home colorectal cancer screening kits (over age 50) and flu shots (ages 12 – 17 must be accompanied by custodial parent or guardian). The Blakey Quartet singing at Mt. Salem

The Blakey Quartet will be singing at Mt. Salem Baptist Church on Sunday, Nov. 11 at 6:30 p.m. Everyone welcome.

South Fork Baptist revival

South Fork Baptist will hold its Fall Revival on Sunday, Nov. 11 at 6 p.m. and Monday through Wednesday, Nov. 12-14 at 7 p.m. Bro. Kevin Jones will be the evangelist. There will be singing nightly.

Children in Action

Children in first through fifth grades are invited to come and be a part of the Children in Action program now being held at Calvary Hill Baptist Church, 100 John Street. Children in Action will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
