Mr. Kenneth Patton is at the UK Medical Center where he is to have quadruple bypass surgery. He is the husband of Mrs. Bonita Patton. Prayers for the Pullums’ daughter and also the Patton family.
Dr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Suter and son took a five-day break and came home to visit with family and friends, Elder and Mrs. Robert Coulter, Jr., Mrs. Patricia Suter, Mrs. Sara Givens, Ms. Barthenia Brown and Mr. and Mrs. David Caldwell.
Mr. and Mrs. Mark Coulter of Cleveland, Ohio, visited Elder and Mrs. Robert Coulter, Jr., Mr. Robert Coulter, Sr., and family and Mrs. Shirley Jackson of Lexington.
Mrs. Louise Brown and Mrs. Sara Givens spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Kelvin Givens and family of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Jones and son of Fayetteville, N.C., visited his mother, Mrs. Sadie Jones and family.
Thought for the week: Happy New Year! True friends visit us in prosperity only when invited, but in adversity they come without an invitation.
