CLARKSVILLE, TN – Austin Peay State University congratulates Shelby Salyers of Hustonville on receiving the APSU Provost Out-of-State Scholarship and the Presidential Scholarship for high-achieving freshmen for the Fall 2019 semester.

Salyers was awarded the scholarships for having a 3.0+ GPA and 26+ ACT or 1170+ SAT.
