Don’t Miss the It’s a Wonderful Life Christmas Event in Perryville

Perryville is kicking off the holiday season with a multitude of events the weekend after Thanksgiving for the “It’s A Wonderful Life Christmas” celebration.

Friday is Christmas Movie Night. There will be a free showing of “It’s A Wonderful Life” at Magnolia Manor. The movie is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.

On Saturday, celebrations continue with a cemetery wreath-laying ceremony, cookies with Santa, Christmas caroling and a live nativity.

Other events scheduled for Saturday beginning at 2 p.m. are a wreath-making class at Perryville City Hall, historic holiday home tour and a Christmas During the Civil War event at the Perryville Battlefield State Historic Site.

At 6:30 p.m., the Perryville Christmas Parade is scheduled to begin. Line up for participants in the parade is at 6 p.m. at Perryville Elementary School.
