Ricky Aaron Patterson, 45, of Stanford, KY passed away on Tuesday March 5, 2024 at his home. Born November 28, 1978 in Danville, KY to the late Aaron Cash Patterson, Jr. “Junior” and Jewell Peyton Patterson.

He worked as an electrician by trade for many years and loved sharing those skills and teaching them to others. He was an extremely talented musician, had a lifelong love of music and enjoyed sharing this talent with others. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, but also loved cooking and creating new recipes for others to enjoy.

From a very early age he had a passion for video gaming competitively and he especially enjoyed playing with his son.

He will be remembered as a friendly, loving man; Easy to talk to and deeply caring for his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cash and Tula Rowan Patterson and Daniel and Katie Crawley Peyton, parents, Cash Patterson Jr. and Jewell Peyton Patterson, and siblings, Larry Patterson and Lisa Newcomb.

He is survived by a son, Riley Patterson of Madisonville, siblings, Carol Brock, Steve Patterson (Karen), and Greg Patterson all of Stanford. A fiancé, Kelly Doyle and many nieces and nephews.

A one-day service was held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, KY. Visitation was from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A memorial service was at 5:00 p.m. with Bro. Jason Coulter officiating.
