Lady Pats return from Brazilian Way Soccer Camp

The Lincoln County Lady Patriot soccer team took time out of its preseason practices to attend the Brazilian Way Girls Soccer Team Camp at Lindsey Wilson College.
“The camp was a huge success,” Lady Pat coach Wendy Estes said. “The girls brought home new tactical skills and learned how to implement a new numerical line-up.”
Estes said there were many hot, heat-filled sessions during the camp and that there was much bonding along with all the learning.
“The girls worked on basic fundamentals and brought home many new skills,” she said. “Looking forward to applying all we learned into the 2018 season.”
Serving as camp directors were Paulo Neto, a professional soccer coach at all levels, and Drew Burash, LWC women’s coach and three-time NAIA National Coach of the Year.
