Ryan Wayne Ison, third-degree terroristic threatening, 90 days probated two years with no offenses.

Bruce G. Farra, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to wear seat belts, obstructed vision and/or windshield, booster seat violations, expired registration plates and receipt, improper display of registration plates and display of illegal/altered registration, all dismissed with leave; operating on suspended operator’s license, 30 days, probated two years with no offenses.
