Michelle Dee Pouckett, public alcohol intoxication, dismissed with leave; resisting arrest, five days with credit and costs.

Tera D. Board, expired registration receipt, expired registration plates and improper display of registration plates, all dismissed with leave; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 probated one year and costs.

Jason Carrier, speeding 25 mph over limit, to attend STS; driving too fast for traffic conditions and careless driving, both dismissed.

Jessica Carter, expired registration plates and expired registration receipt, dismissed with leave; license to be in possession and failure to produce insurance card, both dismissed.

Timothy Paul Douglas, careless driving and disregarding traffic control device – traffic light, both dismissed with leave; possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 days to serve, concurrent; second-degree unlawful imprisonment, 12 days, concurrent; fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury, 12 days; resisting arrest and two counts second-degree disorderly conduct, dismissed with leave; three counts third-degree assault of a police officer amended, 12 days on each count, concurrent; second-degree criminal mischief, dismissed with leave.

Kelsey Duncan, speeding 26 mph over limit, amended to 18 mph over, to attend STS; failure of owner to maintain required insurance, $1,000 fine, $900 probated one year and costs; license to be in possession, dismissed.

Benjamin Franklin Hays, II, expired registration receipt and expired registration plates, both dismissed with leave; failure to produce insurance card, $1,000 fine, $900 probated and costs.

Naveda Martinez, expired registration plates, expired registration receipt, and failure to produce insurance card, all dismissed on proof; operating on suspended operator’s license, $100 fine and costs, 30 days, probated two years with no offenses.

Richard Arnold, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Indicted.

Shawn M. Dunaway, first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree assault, domestic violence amended to second-degree assault; first-degree assault. Probable cause. Refer to grand jury.

David R. Hall, first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree unlawful imprisonment. Probable cause. Refer to grand jury.

William Cecil Sharp, falsely reporting an incident, second-degree criminal mischief, and obstructing governmental operations, all dismissed with leave.

Billie R. Williams, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth amended to attempt, 12 months; possession of drug paraphernalia, giving officer false identifying information, second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, all dismissed with leave.
