Timothy Wayne Young, 56, of Waynesburg, passed away Saturday, December 28th, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Hospital in Danville.

He was the husband of Melissa Sue (Miracle) Young whom he married on August 8, 2008. Tim was born in Danville, on March 6, 1963, a son of the late Barbara Sue (Taylor) and Robert Wayne Young. He had worked as a printing technician for R&R Donnelley’s for 25 years. Tim was a member of Mt. Moriah Christian Church and attended the Blue Lick Baptist Church. Other than playing music on his guitar, he loved fishing and making hair jigs and flies for fly fishing.

Survivors Include his loving wife, Melissa Sue Young, step-son, Andrew Turner and fiancee Michelle of Bourbon, MO, brother, Mark Young and wife Deanna of Stanford, two grandchildren, Ayden and Abrielle Turner. A host of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles also survive.

Pallbearers are Ashley and Ethan Phillips, Kylar Dowell, Logan Adams, Jeremy Mullins and Brian Gover. Honorary pallbearer is Robert Oney.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 3, 2020 at Mt. Moriah Christian Church with Bro. John Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Moriah Christian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at the Mt. Moriah Church.
