Sharlita Janel Horst, infant daughter of John Mark & Sharon Louise (Petre) Horst passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at the University of Kentucky Childrens Hospital in Lexington. She was born on Thursday, October 6, 2022 in Lexington at theWomen’s Hospital at Saint Joseph East. She leaves behind her loving parents, John and Sharon Horst of Waynesburg; Paternal Grandparents, Darrel & Lois Horst of Waynesburg; Maternal Grandparents, Asa & Marlene Petre of Waynesboro, PA; Several other family members survive including aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Services were held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at the Lincoln County Mennonite Church in Crab Orchard with The Lincoln County Mennonite Ministry officiating. Burial followed at the Lincoln County Mennonite Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joseph Horst and Marlin Petre.
