Lincoln County man charged after father and uncle were shot

A Lincoln County man has been arrested and charged with the alleged murder of his father and uncle.
Around 6 p.m. on May 25, Pulaski County Sheriff deputies responded to a call reporting gunshot victims on Sandidge Spur in Eubank. Upon arrival at the scene, deputies found the bodies of Dennis E. Mullins, 57, and his brother Anthony Mullins, 55. Both men had died from gunshot injuries by the time police arrived.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Lincoln County man Brandon Mullins, 26, for the murder of the two men. The University of Kentucky Police served the warrant and arrested Brandon Mullins. He was transported to Pulaski County Detention Center, and his bond was set for $1 million.
Brandon Mullins is Dennis Mullins’ son and Anthony Mullins’ nephew.
The investigation is ongoing by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Criminal Investigations Division, Detective Jay Picard and the Pulaski County Coroner’s Office.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Pulaski County EMS and the Eubank Fire Department.
