Princess Addie made her way down Main Street on Saturday during a royal parade held in her honor.
Addison Reed, 5, was decked out in her finest princess dress as she waved to attendees from her horse-drawn carriage.
Reed is scheduled to undergo a risky spinal surgery on Aug. 2 and the community came together to wish her luck.
The surgery aims to correct some spinal issues, as well as remove the halo brace Reed has had to wear for the last three years.
Reed has received hundreds of letters from people encouraging her and wishing her well in the upcoming surgery.
Cards of prayer and encouragement can be mailed to Addie at PO BOX 266, Crab Orchard ky 40419.
