Laurissa Jarman, a fifth-grader at Stanford Elementary was the overall winner entry in the school’s recent pumpkin decorating contest.
Second place in the pumpkin art contest went to Hayden Byrd, who is in the third grade, and Kenyon Sanford, a third-grader, and his brother, Tanyon Sanford, a fifth-grader, took third place with their collaborative effort. School art teacher Sara Byers was declared the winning entrant in the Staff Category.
