Lincoln County deputies make several arrests

On Feb. 29 around 8 p.m., Lincoln County Sheriff ‘s deputies were in the area of Glade Fork Road in an attempt to locate a felony offender with active warrants. While in the area, Deputies located a vehicle that matched the description of the one with the wanted offender inside.
The offender, John Martin of Peck Hollow Rd, had fled from the vehicle when he saw law enforcement.
Det. Sgt Michael Mullins and Deputy Tyler Whitworth took Henry Baker, of Crab Orchard, into custody, charging him with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
During the investigation, K9 Gyozo was deployed for a track, however the wanted subject was not located.
Continuing the investigation, Deputy Ron Luster conducted a traffic stop on a pick up truck. The driver was determined to be impaired and was in possession of a trafficking amount of methamphetamine.
Christopher Denny of Crab Orchard was arrested and charged with a DUI, and first-degree trafficking in controlled substances.
His passenger, Greg Spoonamore, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
At the residence, another male subject was located that had three active warrants. Deputies placed Stanley Saylor under arrest for the warrants.
Lincoln County Deputy Jailer Joe Pullum And Sheriff’s Transport Deputy James Cunningham transported the subjects to Pulaski County Detention Center.
