Gatlin McCoy Carrier, of Stanford, graduated in May from the University of Kentucky with a BA in Philosophy.

He studied abroad at Osaka University and Waseda University. Gatlin was a 2014 Bellarmine Governor’s Scholar and a 2015 graduate of Lincoln County High School.

He is the son of Scott and Gretchen Carrier and the grandson of Ernie and Shirley Yaste, the late Mike Carrier, and Roger and Billie Tillett.
