Ephraim McDowell Health and Campbellsville University School of Nursing have partnered to offer a new program called Healthcare Educational Learning Program, in which selected participants will be paid while attending a nursing program or a qualified allied health program. The new program will start with the nursing program at CU and will include other programs in the future.

EMH will be accepting applications from internal and external candidates following their normal hiring process. Participants in the program will be paid up to 24 hours per week for attendance in the classroom, lab and required clinical rotations and will be required to work 12 hours per week at EMH.

In addition to the income and work experience gained through the HELP program, participants will be eligible to receive full-time benefits for them and their dependents. Acceptance into the program will require the completion of a FAFSA application and a two year work commitment at EMH.
