In addition to the income and work experience gained through the HELP program, participants will be eligible to receive full-time benefits for them and their dependents. Acceptance into the program will require the completion of a FAFSA application and a two year work commitment at EMH.

“We are excited to be partnering with Campbellsville University,” said Libby Mayes, Vice President of Human Resources, Ephraim McDowell Health. “This is one of the ways that Ephraim McDowell Health is addressing the shortage of healthcare workers and at the same time giving individuals an opportunity to have an income and benefits while pursuing a rewarding career in health care.”
